Please review our policies before placing an order . . .

We can only ship CITRUS TREES within the state of Florida. 

All plants are carefully hand-packed and packaged for safe shipping. It is, however, not uncommon to find a few bent leaves, brown leaves or broken branches upon arrival. This is normal, and does not affect the plants health in any way. Plants take well to pruning, so prune the branch or leaves just before the break and your plant will be fine. If, you do receive a plant(s) which has been severely damaged from shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will have the damaged item returned to us and replaced with a healthy specimen.

Jene's Tropicals ships plants year long, however, the weather in your location may not be warm enough for the plants to survive. We will hold your order and monitor temperature conditions with you to make sure your purchase arrives alive! If you require shipping during inclement weather, Jene's Tropicals negates any responsibility for the quality of the plant(s) upon arrival.

We mail rooted plants in dirt-filled containers. Shipping costs do vary depending upon the size, weight and number of plants mailed. Each order is unique. Upon ordering online, the shipping charge displayed is ONLY an estimate. Each order is manually processed. We will not know the exact shipping charge until the trees are boxed and ready to be shipped.The shipping charge may actually be higher or even lower. If the shipping cost is higher we will contact you before shipping your plants.
We ship plants up to 6 feet. There is an additional cost for oversized packages. Some state restrictions apply.
